Q Health Services is affiliated with Southside Community Health Services (SCHS), which was founded in 1971 as a VISTA volunteer medical clinic located on the south side of Minneapolis. Today, SCHS is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)1 with four clinics (three medical and one dental) serving residents throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

SCHS is in the top 9% of community clinics that have adopted Electronic Medical Record (EMR)2 technology, which significantly improves the quality, safety and efficiency of care.

SCHS's goal is to provide every patient with access to affordable, high-quality care services in addition to the knowledge and support to manage their personal health.
